Our Mission

Creative Living Center is a day health program designed to enhance the quality of life for senior and disabled adults and provide an alternative to residential health care placement.

Who We Are & What We Do

Creative Living Center is a nonprofit 501(c)3 Adult Day Health Program. CLC is not affiliated with any government agency or subsidiary company, but is considered one of 19 United Way of Pitt County Agencies. CLC provides day services for both senior adults and adults with disabilities. CLC is state licensed by the NC Adult Day Services Association and is the only Adult Day Health Program in Pitt County. Located in the heart of Greenville NC, CLC offers respite services to very deserving members of Pitt and surrounding counties.

Who We Serve

CLC serves a population with very diverse needs. From the younger special needs adult to the senior adult who simply needs supervision throughout the day, CLC has something to offer everyone. Many of our participants suffer from but are not limited to, Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, Mild Mental Retardation, Multiple Sclerosis, etc;

What Makes CLC Different

Creative Living Center is very different from a typical adult daycare. We offer comprehensive health services and therapeutic programs and activities throughout the day to stimulate our participants both physically and mentally. In addition to structured programs, outings, and activities, CLC also offers an opportunity for socialization and interaction among peers.
