Caregivers
Benefits For Caregivers

Creative Living Center benefits participants, caregivers, and the community at large. At CLC, we understand that being a caregiver is a very difficult job, so we work hard to offer a network of support and counseling for people in our community who have taken on the important role of being a caregiver.

CLC offers the assurance of knowing their loved ones are in a safe and healthy environment. The security of knowing your loved one is being well taken care of is very important to us. Selecting appropriate placement for your loved one can be a very difficult and frustrating task. We are proud to offer a pressure-free admission process in which all participants are on a two week trial basis and can cancel at any time. Our program is not optimal for everyone, and we thoroughly asses each participant to make sure CLC is the safest, most appropriate program for their individual needs.

CLC’s respite program allows caregivers to continue to work while providing a safe and healthy environment for their loved one. Our trained staff can provide comprehensive health care and services to help ensure that your loved one remains active and healthy.

Caregivers Support Group

Creative Living Center offers a Caregivers Support Group on the second Tuesday of each month. Held from 12:30PM - 1:30PM, the support group includes a free lunch and free respite services for adults interested in our program. The caregivers support group features a presentation from a different speaker each month and offers support and information that is pertinent to caregivers. Our support group is open to the entire community and attendees are asked to RSVP at least five days prior to the event. For more information regarding support groups, please email info@creativelivingnc.org.
